If you are instructing Cherished Homes as an agent to market your property then our standard charge for an EPC is at a discounted price of just £80 (inc VAT), and working closely with Tom we can ensure a quick supply of your EPC.

We can also supply EPC's for clients not marketing their property with us at a very attractive cost of just £120 (inc VAT).
